WELCOME:
Le Picine, an old stone colonial house restored through conservative techniques.
Here, at 420 metres above sea level, in the peace among vineyards, olive groves and Mediterranean scrub, you find four bright and cosy apartments with an ample space in front of each of them where you can spend your relaxing time outside.
Moreover, close to the apartment the swimming pool surrounded by a platform in wood, behind a gentle grassy slope with roses and philadelphus; two cool areas repaired through wood and canes.
All around many pleasant walks and a delightful small lake.
OUR STORY:
when Günnar Lüneburg was only eight and living in Copenhagen, he was already dreaming of the hills of Tuscany. In his early twenties, life brought him to Italy where he soon settled with his family.
By the early 1960’s he purchased "Le Pici", a beautiful farm in the middle of
Chianti Classico with vines and olive trees which he tended with great care to
produce fine wines and olive oil.
Today his daughter, Britta, manages "Le Pici" according to organic traditions
both in farming and in renovating the local "casolari".
